6 Our content and intellectual property
The Code One Recall name, logo, design, layout, software and the original content we create are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Some material on the site may be drawn from or based on third-party sources, which remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the content for your own private study and non-commercial learning. You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from the content for any other purpose without our written permission or the permission of the relevant owner.
7 Your content
If you create your own material on the site, such as custom flashcards, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that material back to you for the purpose of providing the service, including syncing it across your devices.
You are responsible for the content you create, and you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.
8 Copyright and takedown
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others, and we take claims of infringement seriously. If you believe that content on Code One Recall infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at codeonerecall@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the material, your rights in it, and your contact information.

9 Educational use and no clinical advice
Code One Recall is an educational tool. Its content is for study and learning only and is not clinical, medical or professional advice. It does not replace your training, your service's protocols, or your own professional judgement, and it must not be used to guide care in a real emergency. Please read our Disclaimer, which applies in full to your use of the site.
10 Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the content, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or cost, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, including any clinical decision made wholly or partly in reliance on it.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. This section does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
12 Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable loss or cost we suffer arising directly from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site. This obligation does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by us, and it is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You can stop using Code One Recall at any time and delete your account from your account menu. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the site or other users, or if we stop providing the service.
If your account is terminated, your right to use the site ends, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue , such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, will survive termination.
14 Changes to the service and these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the site develops or as the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
